Cancellation Policy
Cancellations will be accepted until 12 noon on October 19, 2022. Non-attendees or cancellations received after this time will not be refunded.
CPBI will follow provincial public health measures and safety protocols in effect at the time of the event
If CPBI has to cancel an in-person event, participants who purchased a ticket for the in-person format will be given the choice to cancel and obtain a full refund or switch their registration to a virtual option if one is available, and be refunded the difference in pricing between the virtual and in-person options.
